I have been successfully serving clients from the greater Sacramento area since 2011, when I started my first internship working at an inpatient rehab facility that served Veterans. I fell in love with my work.

I graduated from the University of Southern California with my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Military & Mental Health in 2013 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2016.

I enjoy working with people who have experienced life, in it's fullest, but sometimes need a little extra help.
​
I have experience working with issues like trauma & abuse, depression & anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, personality disorders, family/parenting conflicts, intimacy issues, grief & loss, Military/Veteran & many more mental health issues.

I use a client-centered approach - which means I work with you to figure out the best mode of therapy that works for you. I am competent in many different types of therapy, including Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Trauma, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Humanistic and Psychodynamic.
